We own the panels and provide installation, ongoing operation, maintenance, insurance and panel removal. This array is separate from your existing home electricity set-up (you continue to receive electricity the way you do today).

The Solar Roof Rental Solution is a 5-step process:

STEP 1 - Home Solar Assessment We conduct a study of your roof to determine suitability based on roof condition, size, orientation, and direct sunlight potential

STEP 2 - Rental Contract We discuss the rental contract, confirming details of the installation: • Lease agreement   • Array Installation   • Insurance & Maintenance

STEP 3 - Solar Array Installation We install the utility-connected solar array on your roof. You sign off on the final installation only once you're happy.

STEP 4 - Rental Income and Maintenance We pay you rental income over the next 30 years, and provide snow clearing and panel maintenance as needed.

STEP 5 - Array Removal At the end of the rental contract, we remove the panels at no cost to you. Also, if your array needs to be removed to facilitate roof repairs, we'll do that too - free of charge!
